No BackgroundScan in WlanInterface

description

Please add same like Autoconf but with use of BackgroundScanEnabled.

Since SetInterfaceInt/GetInterfaceInt are private , it is needed to make properties for all flags...

You can add the following to WlanApi.cs

public bool BackgroundScanEnabled
        {
            get
            {
                return GetInterfaceInt(Wlan.WlanIntfOpcode.BackgroundScanEnabled) != 0;
            }

            set
            {
                SetInterfaceInt(Wlan.WlanIntfOpcode.BackgroundScanEnabled, value ? 1 : 0);
            }
        }
After a successful connection I disable the background scanning. Background scanning seems to enable itself after a disconnect.
